Navigation Sciences students at Beni Suef University on a field visit to Alexandria Sea Port

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, the Faculty of Navigation Sciences and Space Technology at Beni Suef University organized A field visit for the college students to the Alexandria sea port, to discuss developing ways of cooperation between the two sides in order to achieve one of the college’s most important goals, which is to graduate human cadres at the highest scientific and training level in the field of space science and technology and its applications in the field of maritime navigation. This came in the presence of Dr. Osama Shalabiya, Dean of the College, Dr. Hebat Allah Muhammad Abdel Halim, Vice Dean of the College for Education and Student Affairs, and a number of male and female students
The visit began with a lecture to introduce the students to the port, its services, the stages of its development, future plans for its development, the uses and applications of satellites and artificial intelligence in the port, and their future role in developing this system. The students also toured the port to learn about the most important landmarks, such as the control tower for the entry and exit of ships into the port, and to learn about the systems
