Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, opened the workshop “Controls and determinants for preparing the final account for the fiscal year 2023-2024,” at the university theater, organized by the governorate’s financial directorate, in the presence of Dr. Shaaban Mubarez, university’s financial advisor, and Ms. Abeer Muhammad Abdel Raouf, the undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Muhammad Selim, Secretary-General of the University, Mr./ Adel Hussein, Director of the University’s Main Accounting Unit, and Ms. Rasha Adel, Training Officer in the Directorate.
Dr. Mansour Hassan began his speech by welcoming the attendees to the university, stressing the importance of this workshop and the topics it discusses, in light of the financial governance and modern mechanized systems that the state seeks to implement, and that Beni Suef University always welcomes hosting all professional cadres in the governorate, as the university is a home for scientific expertise and contributes to raising the efficiency of the state’s administrative apparatus and supporting young cadres through the graduate studies sector and professional programs.
The workshop targeted the attendance of the Accounts Manager, the Financial Affairs Director, the Entitlements Entry, and the Electronic Payment Data Entry in each administrative department at the level of 69 accounting units in Beni Suef Governorate.
For her part, Ms. Abeer thanked Dr. Mansour Hassan for the good reception and hosting of the activities organized by the Ministry of Finance for workers at the governorate level, and she expressed her happiness with this fruitful cooperation between the university and the Ministry in all fields, especially the field of training.
