Beni Suef faculty of Mass Communication organizes a first aid course

The Faculty of Mass Communication at Beni Suef University, under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, organized a first aid course with the aim of spreading health awareness and enabling students and university affiliated to deal with emergency cases. This was under the supervision of Dr. Abdel Aziz El Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Mamdouh Makkawi, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs. The course was lectured by Dr. Fatima Hosni, a lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing, in the presence of faculty members, employees and students.
The course aims to introduce the basic principles of first aid that may be a reason for saving a person's life, and to act properly and with emotional stability in situations, accidents and sudden injuries, and to provide students with the basic skills to deal with emergency cases such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dealing with bleeding and wounds, first aid for suffocation and fainting, in addition to dealing with burns and fractures. The course witnessed a great interaction of the attendees with the practical exercises that were provided.
