"Women's Financial Rights in Islam" – A Seminar at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Early Childhood Education organized a seminar titled "Women's Financial Rights in Islam." The session featured distinguished speakers, including Sheikh Dr. Mahmoud Seddik Al-Hawary, Assistant Secretary-General for Preaching and Religious Media at the Islamic Research Academy, and Sheikh Reda Mohamed Abdel Halim, Director-General of the Preaching Department in Beni Suef and the Dar Al-Ifta at Al-Azhar.
The event was held under the supervision of Dr. Tarek Ali, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Ibrahim Abdel Razek, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Hanaa Fouad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. The seminar was attended by a number of students from the faculty.
The discussion focused on women's financial rights in Islam, highlighting their independent financial status, the legal right to manage their own finances, and the obligation of men to provide financial support. The seminar also addressed the issue of divorce, exploring ways to mitigate its impact on family stability. The speakers emphasized that Islam grants women comprehensive rights, enabling them to fulfill their roles within the family and society while contributing to national security and social stability.
