Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef National University, met today with the university's administrative staff, where he stressed the importance of adhering to the highest standards of professionalism in dealing with students and parents. The meeting was attended by Dr. Rasha Mohamed Tawfik, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Hanan Soliman, Vice President for Recruitment, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Enas Abu Yahya, Vice President for International Relations, Dr. Shaaban Mobarez, Member of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University.
During the meeting, Dr. Tarek emphasized that treating students and parents well reflects the university's image and enhances its position as a leading educational institution. He noted that providing a supportive and respectful environment directly contributes to improving the quality of the educational process. He emphasized the importance of training administrative staff and organizing workshops and training courses on communication skills to ensure high-quality and professional interaction with students.
The university president discussed with the deputies ways to improve administrative performance and activate effective communication mechanisms. He called on everyone to demonstrate a spirit of cooperation and responsibility in serving students and achieving the university's goals, and to establish dedicated reception offices to receive and respond to student inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively.
The university president also made an inspection tour of the university's administrative offices, as part of his commitment to monitoring the progress of work and ensuring the provision of the highest level of services to students. He inspected the mechanism for receiving students and completing administrative procedures, emphasizing the need to adhere to speed and accuracy in performance, along with good treatment and mutual respect.
He also listened to some employees' comments on ways to improve the work environment, stressing that developing administrative performance is a fundamental pillar in achieving the university's vision of academic and service excellence.
