President of Beni Suef University chairs a number of meetings

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired today the meetings of the Higher Committee for Scientific Journals, the Faculty Development Center, and the Expatriates Department. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hamada Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Maha Ahmed, General Coordinator of Scientific Journals, Dr. Gomaa Saeed, Director of the Faculty Development Center, Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, Executive Director of the Expatriates Department, and members of the Boards of Directors.
Approval was given to update the councils of the boards of directors and editorial boards of the Egyptian Journal of Mass Communication Research, the Scientific Journal of Digital Media and Public Opinion Studies, both issued by the Faculty of Mass Communication, and the Scientific Journal of Women, Media and Society Research. The boards of directors and editorial boards of the Egyptian Journal of Cell and Tissue Research at the Faculty of Medicine and the International Journal of Informatics, Media and Communication Technology were also approved during the meeting of the Scientific Journals Committee.
During a meeting of the Faculty Development Center, approval was given to announce a trainer preparation course in cooperation with the Supreme Council of Universities, as well as to hold a qualification course for university teaching assistants, in addition to discussing the center's reports.
Dr. Tariq Ali, Acting President of the University, was also thanked for his attendance at the Ministry of Higher Education's exhibition held in Cairo. The expatriate administration was also thanked for its efforts in preparing for the exhibition, in addition to discussing a feasibility study for participation in foreign exhibitions. This came during the expatriate meeting.
