President of Beni Suef University receives the Secretary-General of the Islamic Universities League to discuss ways of cooperation.

Dr. Tareq Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, received Dr. Sami Al-Sharif, Secretary-General of the Islamic Universities League, to discuss ways of cooperation between the university and the league in promoting academic relations and international cooperation. Accompanied by Dr. Amin Saeed, former Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Suez University, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Husseisi, former Dean of the City Institute and Professor at Ain Shams University,in presence of Dr. Mamdouh Mekawi, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, Dr. Abeer Maweed, Director of the University Performance Development Center, Dr. Heba Atef, Director of the Quality Unit at the university, and Mr. Mohamed Saleem, Secretary-General of the university.
The university president highlighted the meeting's focus on supporting educational and research programs, exchanging experiences among member universities, and contributing to the development of higher education in the Islamic world. He emphasized the university's commitment to engaging with international academic institutions and activating partnerships that enhance its scientific standing and serve sustainable development goals.
The meeting also discussed organizing a joint international conference on climate change and its increasing impact on the environment. Both parties emphasized the importance of highlighting environmental challenges facing societies and the role of academic institutions in providing sustainable solutions through scientific research and community awareness.
The meeting concluded with the exchange of commemorative shields, expressing mutual appreciation and strengthening academic cooperation ties. Both parties are keen to establish a partnership in education, scientific research, and community service.
