Four Beni Suef University students win the European Union's Erasmus+ student exchange program.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, announced the victory of 4 students in the European Union's Erasmus+ project for student and staff mobility under the title "Learning mobility for higher education students and staff" as part of the master's and doctoral programs funded by the European Union for university students, under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Qaed, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, and Dr. Ola Hamouda Ibrahim, former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Science, and the project's general coordinator.
Dr. Tarek Ali explained that the university signed a joint cooperation agreement under the ERASMUS+ program funded by the European Union in partnership with the University of Vigo in Spain, which includes the exchange of master's and doctoral students in the field of computer science and information technology. Under this agreement, 3 master's students and 1 doctoral student (total of 4 students) from the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence will be sent to study for five months at the University of Vigo in Spain from January 2026 to the end of July 2026. Additionally, 1 master's student from the University of Vigo will be received at Beni-Suef University.
Dr. Tarek added that, according to the agreement, the university will host 4 faculty members from the Research Center for Communication Technologies (atlanTTic) - Faculty of Communication Engineering at the University of Vigo for 5 days to jointly supervise master's and doctoral students in the fields of computer science and information technology, exchange experiences, and improve the quality of education and research at both universities through seminars, lectures, and workshops
