Professor Dr. Tariq Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Faculties of Science and Educational Technology won the Beni Suef University Internal Excellence Award Within the second edition of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, which comes within the framework of the university’s efforts to consolidate the values ??of quality and institutional excellence, and raise the efficiency of administrative and academic performance, this came in the presence of Professor Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Professor Dr. Mahmoud Zaki, former President of Tanta University, along with the delegation of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, which included Ms/ Soha Saeed, Executive Director of the Award, Dr. Ahmed Siddiq, Director of Evaluation and Quality, Ms/ Mona Abdel Nabi, Head of Institutional and Individual Awards, Ms/Maha Ahmed, Head of Evaluation, and Mr/ Walid Hussein, Head of Logistics Support
Ms. Rehab Abdel Samee, Communications and Documentation Officer, and Ms. Sally Abdel Latif, Corporate Awards Officer, from the university side, Dr. Mohamed Qaid, Dean of the College of Computers and Information, Dr. Jumaa Saeed, Director of the Capacity Development Center, and Ms. Intisar Mohamed, Logistics Support Officer attended , along with the university's internal evaluators
Dr. Tarek Ali expressed his pride and happiness with this achievement, which reflects the spirit of teamwork within the university. He emphasized that the win is the culmination of continuous efforts to spread the culture of excellence and quality, and to motivate colleges to improve their institutional performance in accordance with the standards of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence. He also explained that the arbitration committee meeting included a comprehensive review of the stages of implementing the award within the university, starting with training university cadres from ambassadors of excellence and internal evaluators
