President of Beni-Suef University Chairs a Series of Meetings

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, chaired today a series of meetings including those of the University Facilities Committee, the Faculty Affairs Committee, and the University Performance Development Center. The meetings were attended by Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Mr. Mohamed Selim, University Secretary-General; Dr. Abeer Moawad, Director of the University Performance Development Center; and members of the Boards.
During the meeting of the University Facilities Committee, discussions focused on the maintenance of several facilities on both the West and East Nile campuses to ensure their preservation, as well as the renovation of buildings at various university faculties and the follow-up on ongoing projects at the East Nile campus.
During the meeting of the Supreme Committee for Faculty Members and Teaching Assistants, the mechanisms and criteria for transferring and seconding faculty members within and outside the university were discussed, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
In the meeting of the University Performance Development Center, the participants reviewed the annual plan of the Training and Conferences Office and the Technology Marketing Office, and discussed holding a workshop on writing research project proposals at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels next November.
