President of Beni-Suef University Chairs Meetings of the Supreme Committee for Scientific Journals and the Faculty Members’ Development Center

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, chaired today the meetings of the Supreme Committee for Scientific Journals and the Faculty Members’ Development Center, in the presence of Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Maha Ahmed, General Coordinator; Dr. Gomaa Saeed, Director of the Center; and members of the Board.
During the meeting of the Scientific Journals Committee, several topics were discussed, including the approval of the updated formation of the Board of Directors, Editorial Board, and the financial and administrative officers of the Faculty of Nursing Journal. The committee also approved the formation of the Board of Directors, Editorial Board, and financial and administrative officers for Afaq Journal for Humanities and Social Sciences issued by the university, the Faculty of Special Needs Sciences Journal, the Faculty of Al-Alsun International Journal of Linguistics, Translation and Literature, and the Faculty of Law Journal.
Meanwhile, the meeting of the Faculty Members’ Development Center discussed a proposed cooperation protocol with the Higher Institute of Administrative Sciences, as well as the announcement of a “Train the Trainers” program in collaboration with the National Training Council of the Supreme Council of Universities. The meeting also reviewed the center’s plan to train university students and administrative staff in various fields, in cooperation with the Education and Student Affairs Sector and the University Secretary-General.
