Faculty of Tourism and Hotels in Beni Suef organize an awareness seminar on "The comprehensive cooperation of the state and the lessons learned from the October War"

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, in cooperation with the Popular and Military Defense Forces, organized an awareness seminar on "The Comprehensive National Forces and Lessons Learned from the October War." The seminar was supervised by Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs and Supervisor of the Faculty, Colonel Khaled Nabil, Director of the Military Education Department, Lieutenant Colonel Taha Salah Matar, Deputy Director of the Military Education Department, Dr. Heba Allah Sobhi, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Mahmoud Moawad, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development. The aim was to refine students' skills and instill and develop a spirit of loyalty and belonging. The seminar was presented by Major General Mohamed Ayman Abdel-Tawab, former Deputy Governor of Cairo. The event was attended by a number of faculty members, employees, and students of the Faculty.
Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized the paramount importance of such educational and patriotic events in building students' awareness, noting that the glorious October War was not merely a military victory, but a unique embodiment of the value of "comprehensive national unity," from the battlefront to the home front and the people. He stressed the necessity of drawing lessons from this victory, particularly regarding strategic planning, teamwork, and genuine patriotism, pointing out that these principles are the foundation of the comprehensive development Egypt is currently witnessing. The seminar was well-attended and generated significant interaction from members of the university community, who showed particular interest in the topics presented by Major General Mohamed Ayman, given his extensive military and administrative experience as Deputy Governor of Cairo, which added strategic depth to the discussions.
