Beni Suef University organizes a workshop entitled "Management and Leadership" in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the university organized a workshop entitled "Management and Leadership" in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The workshop was supervised by Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Hossam El-Hawary, General Coordinator of Student Activities; Captain Mohamed Farouk, Director General of Youth Welfare; and Captain Ayman Zare, Deputy Director General of Youth Welfare. This workshop is part of the ongoing activities of the Student Leadership Center, which aims to prepare and qualify university students, and was implemented by the Student Unions and Families Department. The workshop was presented by Mr. Amr Saad, a Master's student in Social Planning and Social Welfare Policies.
Dr. Tariq Ali stated that organizing this workshop is central to the university's strategy aimed at building well-rounded university students capable of leadership and decision-making. He emphasized the importance of student activities, which are an integral part of the educational process, noting that the university strives to equip students with the necessary life and leadership skills to become influential leaders in their communities. He also expressed his appreciation for the fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports in achieving this goal, reflecting the university's commitment to enhancing students' capabilities and preparing them to face the challenges of the future.
