The Faculties of Medicine and Science jointly won first place in the "Wajhat" initiative at the Beni Suef University Community Initiatives Competition.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced the results of the community initiatives competition at the level of the university’s colleges, which was held under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Hossam El-Hawary, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University, and international referee Captain Mohamed Farouk, Director General of Youth Welfare. The competition was judged by a committee from the Social Activity Department, along with Dr. Mokhlis Ramadan Blih, Professor of Social Planning and Social Welfare Policies at the Faculty of Social Development Work.
Dr. Tariq Ali congratulated the winning students, as the Faculties of Medicine and Science jointly won first place with the “Wajjat” initiative, while the Faculty of Politics and Economics came in second place with the “His Right to Live Safely” initiative, and the Faculty of Social Development came in third place with the “Spark of Change” initiative, stressing that this competition comes within the framework of the university’s keenness to support the spirit of initiative and community creativity among students, and to encourage them to provide innovative solutions that serve the local community and contribute to strengthening the values ??of belonging, citizenship and social responsibility.
