Beni Suef University organizes an awareness seminar at its university hospitals to combat violence against women under the slogan "Your awareness is her safety".

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Anti-Violence Against Women Unit and the Safe Women Clinics at the university, in cooperation with the Better Life Association for Development and Training in Beni Suef, organized an awareness seminar entitled "Together to Combat Violence Against Women". Under the slogan "Your awareness is her safety... and with your knowledge you protect her," at the headquarters of Beni Suef University Hospitals, and under the supervision of Dr. Hani Hamed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beni Suef University Hospitals, Dr. Emad El-Banna, Executive Director of University Hospitals, and Dr. Samraa Hussein Abdel-Qawi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Education and Student Affairs, this came in the presence of Dr. Ghada Atef, Director of the Anti-Violence Against Women Unit at the University, Dr. Ahmed Gamal, Director of the Safe Woman Clinic at the University Hospitals, Sheikh Sayed Zayed, one of the senior scholars of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and a group of students 
The university president emphasized the paramount importance of organizing such awareness seminars, noting that the discussions underscored that awareness is the strongest and most effective weapon against all forms of violence. Dr. Tariq Ali explained that protecting women and preserving their indivisible dignity requires enhancing knowledge and awareness of legal and societal rights, in addition to spreading a culture of mutual respect and effective support among all members of society
He emphasized that organizing these events represents a genuine step towards tangible positive change, aiming to instill the value of respect in the hearts of university students and cultivate the understanding that women are essential and active partners in every societal success and achievement. He concluded his statement with a clear call for collective participation, affirming that through knowledge, awareness, and shared responsibility, a safe and violence-free society can be built, one governed by the values ??of love, justice, and equality.
Dr. Emad El-Banna also emphasized the importance of university hospitals serving as centers for support and care for affected women. He stressed the need to create a safe and supportive environment for survivors, noting the readiness of women's safe clinics to provide all necessary services. He called on all members of society to unite and work together to confront this phenomenon, emphasizing that awareness and education are key to achieving the desired change
