President of Beni Suef University: 12,678 patients received at the Specialized Medical Center this year

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Specialized Medical Center received 12,678 cases during the current year In a clear indication of growing confidence in the medical services which provided within the university, the president emphasized that this figure reflects the significant efforts made to develop the university's healthcare system and provide comprehensive medical care to serve the local community
He explained that the specialized center is a cornerstone of the university's healthcare system, offering advanced medical services in several specialties, including in-vitro fertilization (IVF), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), pathology, nerve conduction studies, and muscle testing. The center also supports several initiatives, including the "100 Million Healthy Lives" initiative for early breast cancer detection The center also includes the Family Planning and Reproductive Health Initiative, the Presidential Initiative for the Egyptian Women's Safety Unit, and the Serum and Vaccination Unit
Dr. Hani Hamed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, noted that the center is equipped with the latest medical devices and technologies and significantly contributes to easing the burden on hospitals by providing accurate diagnostic and treatment services. He added that it serves as an outstanding training platform for medical students, enhancing their practical skills
Dr. Emad Al-Banna, Executive Director of University Hospitals, added that the Specialized Medical Center plays a pivotal role that goes beyond providing treatment and medical care, to become an integrated platform for health awareness and prevention, and it also contributes to training students and gives them real field experience in an advanced educational environment
