"Egyptian National Security and Regional Challenges" Seminar at Beni Suef University

Under the auspices of Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Political Science and Economics organized a seminar entitled "Egyptian National Security and Regional Challenges." The seminar featured a presentation by Major General Dr. Samir Farag, former Director of Moral Affairs for the Armed Forces, former Governor of Luxor, and a renowned expert and strategic thinker. This event was part of the university's efforts to promote knowledge and scientific research in the fields of political science and economics, and to provide a platform for exchanging views and ideas on important strategic issues. The seminar was held under the supervision of Dr. Nagah El-Reis, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Economics, and was well-attended by faculty members and students Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized that organizing such seminars stems from the university's commitment to raising national awareness among its students and deepening their understanding of national security concepts and the challenges facing Egypt in its regional environment. He noted that the university consistently strives to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application by hosting prominent national figures and experts in various fields
For his part, Dr. Najah Al-Rayes, Dean of the College, explained... The symposium is a significant addition to the college's scientific and intellectual activities, contributing to the development of students' analytical abilities and deep understanding of national security issues. The symposium addressed the most important challenges facing the state along the four strategic axes of Egypt's borders, as well as the state's strategy and preparedness to confront these challenges through various means, most importantly the cohesion of the home front and the state's comprehensive capabilities
