Students of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Beni-Suef University Participate in Cairo ICT to Support Digital Transformation

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, a group of students from the faculty participated in the activities of the Cairo International Technology Exhibition – Cairo ICT 2025, as part of the university’s plan to strengthen digital transformation and support the preparation of its students for the future. The participation took place under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, and the follow-up of Dr. Farid Ali, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.
Dr. Tarek Ali explained that the participation of students from the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence in Cairo ICT 2025 reflects the university’s commitment to supporting innovation and encouraging students to keep pace with the rapid and successive developments in the world of technology. He affirmed that the university is working to prepare a generation capable of leading the digital future, by providing educational and training opportunities that align with international standards, and by opening wide avenues for students to explore the latest advancements in information and communication technology, as well as innovations in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and smart cities.
During the visit, students interacted with representatives of participating companies and organizations, gaining insight into advanced global experiences in various fields of modern technology. This enriched their ability to connect academic knowledge with real-world applications and to understand the requirements of the labor market.
Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qaid emphasized that the participation of the faculty’s students in this international technological event comes within the framework of the faculty’s strategy to provide professional exposure to the technology sector and to enhance students’ awareness of global trends—thus qualifying them to become skilled, innovative, and competitive professionals in the digital future.
