The President of Beni-Suef University: 2,245 Cases Received at the University’s Dental Clinics During the Current Month

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, announced that the total number of visitors to the university’s dental clinics up to November 22 has reached 2,245. He affirmed that this turnout reflects the great confidence in the healthcare services provided by the university to the local community, as part of its leading role in delivering distinguished medical care to citizens both within and outside the governorate.
Dr. Tarek explained that the university places significant importance on healthcare services, working continuously to develop its medical facilities and enhance the efficiency of its clinics and treatment centers. He pointed out that the university aims to offer healthcare services worthy of the citizens by supporting medical staff, providing modern equipment, and developing various departments within the Specialized Center to ensure more comprehensive and high-quality medical services. He added that this level of activity reflects the ongoing development within the faculty’s clinics and the university’s commitment to supporting the medical system with advanced therapeutic and educational services that meet the needs of both students and patients.
In the same context, Dr. Ahmed Fathallah, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, stated that the dental clinics have witnessed notable activity during the same period, receiving 1,141 new diagnostic cases, 51 re-diagnosis cases, and 17 emergency cases. The distribution of cases across specialties was as follows: Oral Medicine, 6 cases; Periodontics, 73 cases; Fixed Prosthodontics, 234 cases; Removable Prosthodontics, 19 cases; Radiology, 32 cases; Surgery, 187 cases; Endodontics, 142 cases with 172 treatment services provided; and Operative Dentistry, 324 cases with 447 treatment services provided.
