Faculty of Education at Beni Suef Organizes Introductory Seminar on the Initiative ‘Be Prepared… One Million Innovative Graduates’ to Equip Youth for a Promising Future

Under the auspices of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Education, in cooperation with the University Center for Professional Development, organized an introductory seminar on the initiative “Be Prepared… One Million Innovative Graduates.” The event was supervised by Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Osama Mahmoud Qarni, Dean of the Faculty of Education; Dr. Ahmed Fikri Behnasawi, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Azzam Abdel-Nabi Ahmed, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit and Executive Director of the Best Leading Faculty in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals Competition; Dr. Marwa Ezzat Abdel-Gawad, Head of the Awareness Campaigns Team; and Dr. Ismail Selim, Deputy Director of the University Center for Professional Development.
The University President emphasized that the seminar reflects the state’s ambitious vision to accelerate efforts in preparing youth, unlocking their potential for creativity, innovation, and future leadership. He noted that the seminar was more than an informational session; it served as a platform for awareness, a window of hope, and a national message highlighting the readiness of university youth to be an active part of Egypt’s development map, aiming to become a driving force in building the knowledge economy and achieving broad national advancement through their dreams and aspirations.
Dr. Tarek Ali added that the Faculty of Education has proven its ability to go beyond traditional education, contributing to shaping a generation that embraces critical thinking, innovation, planning, and leadership. He highlighted that Beni Suef University represents the university of the future, opening its doors to national initiatives and welcoming any idea capable of building a better tomorrow.
He also stressed the importance of the university’s commitment to preparing one million youth to generate one million ideas capable of creating real change. Dr. Ali explained that the university seeks to strengthen efforts to achieve a million steps toward a stronger and more innovative nation. Within this ambitious journey, Beni Suef University stands out as a leading institution in shaping Egypt’s future, remaining ready to embrace all innovations and initiatives that contribute to building a better tomorrow.
