Faculty of Education at Beni Suef Organizes Awareness Seminar on "Leadership Skills and Entrepreneurship"

Under the auspices of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Education organized an awareness seminar titled "Leadership Skills and Entrepreneurship." The event was supervised by Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Osama Mahmoud Qarni, Dean of the Faculty of Education; Dr. Ahmed Fikri Behnasawi, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Azzam Abdel-Nabi Ahmed, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit and Executive Director of the Best Leading Faculty in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals Competition; and Dr. Abdel-Moaz Mohamed El-Qalaawy, Head of the Training and Consultation Team at the faculty. The seminar was presented by Dr. Walid Mohamed Abdel-Halim, Professor of Educational Foundations, educational expert, and Deputy Head of the Training and Consultation Team.
The University President emphasized that the seminar went beyond transferring knowledge, igniting inspiration and instilling a spirit of initiative in the students, reflecting their belief in their ability to shape the future and lead transformation. Dr. Tarek Ali explained that students at the Faculty of Education realized that leadership is not merely a position, but a mindset and responsibility that requires the ability to inspire and make an impact.
He added that students’ understanding of entrepreneurship has deepened, seeing it as a mindset that believes in possibilities, a heart unafraid of challenges, and an ambition that knows no limits. The seminar was described as more than an event; it served as a platform to spark enthusiasm, a bridge to the future, and a step toward graduating a generation capable of leading the knowledge economy and turning dreams into tangible achievements.
