The President of Beni Suef University Chairs the Meeting of the Graduate Studies and Research Council

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired today a meeting of the Graduate Studies and Research Council, in the presence of the Vice Deans for Graduate Studies across the faculties, along with the Council members.

The meeting addressed a number of topics related to the Graduate Studies sector, including the regulations governing certain enrolled students and researchers at the diploma, master’s, and doctoral levels. Discussions also covered decisions concerning the cancellation of study periods, approval, suspension, or withdrawal of registration for postgraduate students in several faculties. Additionally, the Council approved the registration of a number of master’s and doctoral theses across various faculties and institutes of the University, and reviewed several matters related to the Cultural Relations Department, particularly regarding scholarships, study leaves, and grants.
