The President of Beni Suef University holds an extensive meeting to outline the work plan for the next phase and determine priorities.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, held an extensive meeting with a select group of scientists, experts and advisors at the university, where the meeting discussed work priorities and strategic axes that will guide the university’s path during the next phase (2026–2027).
The meeting included a distinguished group of the university’s scholars and experts, namely Dr. Abdel Aziz El-Sayed, the university’s media advisor, Dr. Yasser Gaber, the university’s scientific advisor, Dr. Mohamed El-Farran, the university president’s advisor for innovation, Dr. Zein Adam, the former advisor to the university president, Dr. Mamdouh Abdel-Alim, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Samaa El-Daq, Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies for Advanced Sciences and Director of the International Ranking Office, Dr. Abeer Sayed Moawad, Director of the Academic Development Center and Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Tarek Dashisha, Head of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Faculty of Pharmacy and former Director of the International Students Department, Dr. Mohamed Madi, former Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, Dr. Ahmed Azazi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Special Needs Sciences, and Dr. Kariman Ismail from the Faculty of Arts.
During the meeting, the university president reviewed the work priorities and strategic axes that will shape the work in the next phase for the year 2026-2027. The most important work priorities for the next phase were formulated and included a number of important axes, including the agile administrative performance axis to simplify procedures, as well as the digital transformation axis and preparing the executive vision for creating and implementing an integrated system for planning the institution’s resources to include all financial, administrative and academic sectors, in addition to the axis of raising the efficiency of university facilities, laboratories and hospitals, the axis of accrediting the university’s colleges and their study programs, in addition to the axis of innovation and entrepreneurship through the Business Technology Complex.
The meeting discussed the mechanisms for establishing the Supreme Committee for Strategic Performance Follow-up, chaired by the University President, to monitor improvement in these areas through accurate performance indicators. The committee will have full flexibility in replacing or adding members to ensure a rapid response to ministerial directives, improve the university’s public image, and seize opportunities for effective international cooperation to elevate the university’s standing in all global forums, while constantly emphasizing the improvement of the living and professional conditions of all university staff and employees.
