Beni Suef University achieves high rates of success in responding to and resolving complaints received by it.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university has achieved high rates of speed and accuracy in resolving complaints received, according to the monthly report of the government complaints system submitted to Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly for the month of March.

Dr. Ali emphasized that the university is committed to receiving and monitoring all complaints and inquiries received through official channels and following up on them continuously. This strengthens citizens' trust in state institutions and reflects the seriousness with which their issues are addressed.

He pointed out that the university administration acts swiftly upon detecting any complaint or perceived malfunction after thorough examination. He noted that time is a crucial factor, as a rapid response prevents problems from escalating and reduces potential harm.

The university prioritizes citizen satisfaction by developing mechanisms for handling and responding to complaints efficiently and transparently, in line with the government's ongoing efforts to improve institutional performance and provide the best possible service to the community.
