The President of Beni Suef University inspects university hospitals to follow up on the new expansions in the chest and vascular departments.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, made an inspection visit to the University Hospital to follow up on the new expansion works in the Chest and Vascular Departments, as part of the University Administration’s keenness to develop the health system and improve the medical services provided to patients.
He was accompanied during the tour by Dr. Hani Hamed, Dean of the Faculty of Human Medicine, Dr. Emad El-Banna, Executive Director of University Hospitals, Dr. Abdel Aziz Zain El-Abedin, Deputy Director of the University Hospital, Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University, Mr. Sarhan Omar, Administrative Director of the University Hospital, and a number of medical and administrative leaders.
During the visit, the university president inspected the progress of work in both departments and reviewed the latest developments in the ongoing renovations and upgrades, which aim to increase capacity and improve the quality of medical services provided to patients, especially given the growing number of visitors to the hospital. The president also outlined the work plan for the coming phase and discussed ways to expedite completion to ensure the new expansions become operational as soon as possible.
Dr. Tariq Ali stressed that the university pays great attention to developing university hospitals as a medical edifice that serves a large segment of citizens within the governorate and neighboring governorates, noting that the new expansions come within a comprehensive plan to modernize the infrastructure and raise the efficiency of the various medical departments.
The university president also stressed the need to adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety within medical facilities, and to provide all the necessary resources to support medical staff, in order to contribute to providing a distinguished health service befitting the citizen.
