Beni Suef University Continues Its Humanitarian Role by Receiving and Treating Palestinian Patients

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that Beni Suef University Hospitals have received a number of Palestinian patients to provide them with the necessary medical care. This comes within the framework of the university’s humanitarian and societal role, represented by its university hospitals, and as a continuation of the Egyptian state’s efforts to support the Palestinian people. The initiative is carried out under the supervision of Dr. Hany Hamed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, and Dr. Emad El-Banna, Executive Director of Beni Suef University Hospitals.
The University President directed that all forms of medical and therapeutic care be provided to the patients, in addition to offering psychological and humanitarian support to them and their companions. He emphasized the mobilization of all medical and human resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services befitting their needs.
He added that medical and nursing teams are exerting significant efforts in monitoring cases and providing treatment in accordance with the latest medical protocols, while ensuring the swift completion of procedures and facilitating access to services. This reflects the university’s national and humanitarian role under such circumstances.
He further noted that Beni Suef University is always keen to actively participate in humanitarian initiatives, stemming from its social responsibility and reaffirming its full support for the Palestinian people amid the current conditions.
