President of Beni Suef University Attends a Workshop to Support Students of Determination at the Faculty of Mass Communication

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, attended today the activities of a workshop organized by the Faculty of Mass Communication in cooperation with the Center for Services of Students with Disabilities. The workshop addressed mechanisms for supporting and empowering students of determination within the educational process. The event was attended by Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy, Dr. Abdel Aziz El Sayed, Dr. Nesreen Hossam El Din, and Dr. Haitham Nagi.
The University President explained that the workshop reviewed study materials in Braille as one of the innovative educational tools that contribute to enhancing learning opportunities for blind students, in line with the state’s direction under the leadership of Abdel Fattah El Sisi toward achieving inclusivity and full integration within the educational process.
He affirmed that these initiatives come within the framework of the university’s strategy to support the rights of students with disabilities and to provide an integrated educational environment that guarantees them equal opportunities in education and university activities.
The workshop also included the honoring of the families of students of determination by the University President in appreciation of their role in supporting their children and assisting them in their educational journey. This reflects the university’s keenness to promote the values of community participation and recognition of families’ efforts in building a generation capable of facing challenges.
