Faculty of Special Needs Science at Beni Suef University Organizes a Workshop Entitled “Preparing Intervention Programs in Special Education”

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, the Faculty of Sciences for Special Needs at Beni Suef University organized a workshop entitled “Preparing Intervention Programs in Special Education” at the faculty seminar hall. The event was held under the supervision of Dr. Heba Abu El Nil and Dr. Ahmed Ezzazy. The workshop was presented by Dr. Adel Abdallah, Professor of Mental Health and former Dean of the Faculty of Disability Sciences at Zagazig University.

The workshop witnessed distinguished academic attendance that included Dr. Mahmoud El Shahawy, Dr. Zeinab Mady, Dr. Mona Kamal, Dr. Nahed Makary, Dr. Amal Abdel Ghani, Dr. Naglaa Fathy, in addition to a large number of faculty members, assisting staff, researchers, and postgraduate students.

Dr. Tarek Ali explained that the workshop addressed the scientific and professional foundations for preparing intervention programs in the field of special education, as well as the mechanisms for designing individual programs and linking them to the needs of different groups of persons with special needs, in a manner that contributes to enhancing the efficiency of professional and research practice in this field.

He affirmed the university’s keenness to support scientific and training activities that contribute to developing the skills of researchers and students and enhancing the quality of the educational and research process in line with the latest scientific trends in the field of special education. He also emphasized the university’s continued commitment to organizing scientific and training events that support scientific research and contribute to developing the academic and professional skills of researchers and students within the framework of its academic and societal mission.
