Beni Suef University Participates in the Strategic Political Simulation at the National Defense College of the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies to Promote Students’ National Awareness and Sense of Belonging

As part of the university’s commitment to building students’ awareness and strengthening their sense of national belonging, as well as enhancing their ability to understand contemporary political and strategic issues, Beni Suef University participated in the activities of the Strategic Political Simulation organized by the National Defense College at the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies, with the participation of students from Egyptian universities. The event aimed to develop strategic thinking and analytical skills among university youth.
The university’s participation came under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University, and the supervision of Colonel Khaled Nabil, Director of the Military Education Department, in the presence of Dr. Hossam Ramadan from the Faculty of Social Work. This participation reflects the university’s interest in enhancing students’ political awareness, refining their analytical and decision-making skills, and strengthening their spirit of belonging and national responsibility.
Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University, affirmed that students’ participation in such national events represents one of the important areas the university is keen to support, due to its significant role in preparing a generation that is aware of the challenges facing the Egyptian state.
He added that the Egyptian state places great importance on youth as the true driving force for building the future, which motivates the university to provide various activities and programs that contribute to developing students’ intellectual, cultural, and national skills, in line with the directions of the political leadership and Egypt’s vision for sustainable development.
The activities witnessed distinguished participation from the university’s students, as the political simulation included discussions of several political and regional strategic scenarios and issues, thereby enhancing students’ dialogue, analytical, and decision-making skills within an academic atmosphere reflecting the high level of awareness and culture among university youth.
