Supreme Council of Universities Approves the Digital Transformation Unit at Beni Suef University

As part of Beni Suef University’s commitment, under the leadership of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of the University, to strengthening its efforts in digital transformation and developing the capabilities of faculty members and university leaders, the committee formed by the Supreme Council of Universities has officially approved the Digital Transformation Unit affiliated with the Faculty and Leadership Development Center.
This strategic step aims to reduce congestion in booking digital transformation courses and to provide an integrated training environment that contributes to enhancing the efficiency of the university’s academic and administrative staff.
The accreditation committee from the Supreme Council of Universities consisted of Dr. Rasha Badry, Dr. Mohamed Hassan, and Hassan Mohamed. The committee conducted an inspection tour of the laboratory to review the technical equipment and infrastructure and ensure their compliance with quality and accreditation standards.
The University President praised the efforts exerted by the Center in equipping the laboratory with the latest technologies necessary to support the training process in line with global developments in the field of digital transformation.
He affirmed that the accreditation of this unit represents a qualitative leap in the university’s journey toward comprehensive digital transformation, noting that the university seeks to provide balanced training opportunities for all faculty members in a way that enhances institutional performance and serves the university’s strategic objectives.
Dr. Gomaa El-Tohamy, Director of the Center, explained that this step comes within the framework of the Center’s plan to expand training facilities and modernize infrastructure, ensuring continuous development and achieving the highest standards of quality in providing educational and administrative services.
