The Beni Suef University theater troupe wins second place at the Creativity 14 Festival

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university's theater troupe won second place among Egyptian universities at the "Creativity 14" Festival, held under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

This achievement was for the outstanding theatrical performance "The Last Shadows of Earth," which featured 25 male and female students from various faculties of the university, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and collective creativity under the supervision and guidance of the university leadership.

The theatrical performance "The Last Shadows of Earth" is the culmination of continuous effort and a comprehensive artistic vision, under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President of the University, Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University, and Captain Mohamed Farouk, Director General of Student Welfare.

For his part, the university president affirmed that this achievement reflects the university's strategy of supporting student activities and providing a fertile environment for creativity. He emphasized that the theater troupe's second-place finish at the "Creativity 14" festival is a testament to the talent of Beni Suef University students and reflects the university's commitment to nurturing artistic and cultural creativity. This strengthens its position among Egyptian universities and underscores its leading role in building a generation capable of self-expression and enriching the cultural and artistic landscape of Egypt.

The production team contributed to a comprehensive display of artistic creativity. Ahmed Sharaby excelled in set design, Mohamed Shaker provided distinctive touches in costumes and makeup, Mohamed Bahiri added a special dynamism through the choreography, and Mohamed Wahid designed the promotional poster. Mahmoud El-Husseini contributed to the lighting, while Mo'men Amin excelled in music, composition, and vocals. The masterful musical arrangement by composer Mohamed Fathy Abdel Wahab and artist Shady Shawarb gave the performance a complete artistic balance.

Fadi Gaber handled the photography, while Saif Fouad, Reham Abdel Nabi, and Abram Osama served as assistant directors, and Walid Hussein was the executive director. The script and direction were by Professor Youssef Al-Mansour, who successfully conveyed a profound artistic vision reflecting contemporary human issues. The artistic activities were managed by Specialist Heba Salah El-Din and Director of Administration Sahar Hamed Ibrahim.
