The President of Beni Suef University reviews the achievements of the University Performance Development Center

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, reviewed today the achievements and activities of the University Performance Development Center during April and May, during his chairmanship of the Center's Board of Directors meeting. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service; Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Yasser Gaber, Scientific Advisor to the University President; Dr. Abeer Moawad, Director of the Center; and members of the Board of Directors.

The university president stated that the center successfully held 11 introductory seminars over two months, targeting five colleges within the university: Nursing, Commerce, Science, Tourism and Hotels, and Navigation and Space Technology. These seminars were held under the center's motto: "Towards Distinguished University Performance: Partnership - Development - Innovation."
The president explained that the seminars covered topics such as intellectual property and patents, presented twice on April 1st and May 5th by Dr. Karim Abdel Qader to support innovation. Another seminar, presented twice on April 1st and May 5th by Dr. Shaimaa El-Nahhas from the Office of Scholarship Affairs, focused on available scholarships for undergraduate students and application requirements. Additionally, a seminar on international publishing was held, including "An Introduction to International Publishing and its Terminology," presented twice on April 14th by Dr. Abeer Sayed Moawad and May 12th by Dr. Ahlam Hashem. A seminar on "Digital Identity and Launching into International Publishing," presented on April 5th by Dr. Yasser Gaber, was also held, as was a seminar on "International Publishing in the Nursing Sector," presented on April 29th by Dr. Yasser Fleih. A seminar on skills and scientific research was also held, including a seminar on "Research Paper Writing Skills" presented on April 14 by Dr. Yasser Faleh, a seminar on "Choosing Appropriate Journals for Research Papers" presented on April 29 by Dr. Ahlam Hashem, and a seminar on "Towards Global Excellence: How Universities Can Improve Their International Rankings" presented on May 12 by Samaa Al-Daq.
The meeting also reviewed a report on preparations for the Applied Research Conference in July, where 32 research projects have been submitted so far for participation. #BeniSuefUniversity
