With Outstanding Performance, Beni Suef University Excels in Rapid Response to Complaints Submitted Through the Unified Government Complaints System

Professor Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university has achieved high performance rates in responding to and handling complaints submitted through the Unified Government Complaints System affiliated with the Egyptian Cabinet. This achievement was highlighted in the system’s report for May 2026, which recognized a number of Egyptian universities for their efficiency in processing complaints, examining cases, and providing timely responses. Beni Suef University was among the institutions that demonstrated outstanding performance in this regard.
Professor Tarek Ali emphasized that this accomplishment reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening communication channels with students, faculty members, employees, and citizens, as well as ensuring the prompt handling of complaints, suggestions, and inquiries. He noted that these efforts contribute to improving the quality of services provided and enhancing beneficiary satisfaction.
