University of Beni Suef: The establishment of the Medical Center for Children with Disabilities the first of its kind for the whole country

     Prof. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the approval of the University Council to establish the first medical center for children with disabilities in cooperation with the Egyptian International Commercial Bank (CIB), one of the largest private sector banks in Egypt.

    The President of the University said that the center aims to increase the attention and effort to complete the University's medical campus from specialized hospitals and centers serving the community and surrounding environment in all specializations. The center aims to provide the highest level of comprehensive medical rehabilitation services using an integrated approach to health care to serve the community. Beni Suef and North Upper Egypt through the examination of children with disabilities and evaluation of the full evaluation and follow-up treatment service provided to him.

     This is part of the university's strategic plan for the year 2018. The university seeks to achieve a vision of improving the health of persons with disabilities by providing specialized medical staff trained in the various medical and academic faculties of the university to provide the best health services. On an equal footing with others without disabilities, through working on an integrated health system for treatment, rehabilitation and physical therapy in health centers and hospitals, and the development of health services necessary for the detection and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities
