President of Beni Suef University honors the "Crossfit" team for obtaining second place at the level of Egyptian universities
Prof. Dr. Mansoor Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, honored the team of the Faculty of Physical Education in the game "Crossfit" for getting the second place at the level of Egyptian universities in the tournament organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Specialized Colleges at Port Said University from 29 October to 1 November.
The game is a competitive sport in the field of fitness, and the exercises include high intensity elements during the training period, including weight lifting, gymnastics, athletics and other exercises.
