Beni Suef University Council honors members of International Classification Office in presence of the Governor

Beni Suef University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, honored today, in its 194th session, the members of International Classification and Sustainable Development Office, in appreciation of their efforts and the university's obtaining advanced positions in international or local classifications. This was in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Hany Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, Vice Presidents of University, Deans of colleges and members of the Council.
Prof. Dr. Mansour praised the efforts made by the International Classification Office in the recent period to promote scientific research at the university, which led to an increase in the number of published researches in international journals and get advanced international rankings among Egyptian universities.
The University President affirmed his continued support for the scientific research and its system, and the opening of scientific cooperation channels with local, regional and international universities, in accordance with the university’s strategy and vision in developing scientific research.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Al-Deeb, Executive Director of the University Performance Development Center, Dr. Sama Imam Al-Dak, Director of International Classification and Sustainable Development Office, and the Deputy Director of the Center Dr. Abdullah Abdel-Wahab, Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Rahman, Dr. Osama Mohamed, Dr. Fatma Ibrahim, and Dr. Amr Mohamed Dr. Kayati Ashour were honored.
It is worth noting that Beni Suef University has recently made unprecedented progress in international classifications, and at the level of many Egyptian and African universities, including, for example, the first place in physical science and engineering locally and the rankings 301-400 globally in Times classification, as well as the fourth place Locally in the-Impact Ranking, ranked 301-400 globally, in addition to progressing 111 centers with an improvement rate of 4.48% for Webometrics, and for the first time the pharmaceutical and toxicology sector appeared globally according to US News.
