President of Beni Suef University witnesses the "ideal mother's celebration" and pays tribute to the mothers of the martyrs

Today, Sunday, Prof. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed festive activities honoring ideal mothers for the year 2022, which were organized by the community service and environmental development sector, amid strict precautionary measures, in the presence of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Professor Nermin Mahmoud Rapporteur The branch of the National Council for Women in Beni Suef, in the presence of deans of faculties and members of the teaching staff, in the presence of a remarkable number of students.
The celebration included a number of artistic shows, including individual and group singing and poetry recitation, with full translation of all activities into sign language.
During his speech, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, paid a tribute of respect and appreciation to every Egyptian mother in general and to every martyr mother, breadwinner and mother who has children with disabilities in particular, explaining that the celebration comes within the framework of emphasizing the upholding of human values ??and consolidating the importance of the mother’s role within the family. And its ability to maintain its cohesion and to find a balance between the multiple responsibilities of the mother, in addition to promoting positive values ??and the ability to face challenges and preserve the family entity, stressing the university’s keenness to represent the female component in all leadership positions, believing in its unlimited ability and giving.
For his part, Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi confirmed that the celebration comes in appreciation of what mothers gave to us all during the stages of our lives, noting that Egypt began celebrating Mother's Day, followed by the countries of the Arab world as a whole after a proposal came from the late Egyptian journalist Ali Amin and his brother Mustafa Amin in his daily article the idea of ??the celebration Mother's Day, their idea was encouraged and it was decided that Mother's Day should be celebrated on March 21st.
At the final of the ceremony, Dr. Mansour Hassan honored the winning mothers in the Ideal Mother Competition, who are Mrs Shaimaa Al-Sayed Farajallah at the College of Education Technology, Naglaa Sayed Hassan at the College of Physiotherapy, Mona Abdel-Wahab in the university cities, Asmaa Saber Qassem at the College of Tourism and Hotels and Wafaa Mohamed Mahmoud at the Expatriates Department.
