Conference center and guest house board meeting

Today, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meeting of Board of Directors of the Conference Center and Guest House, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University, Dr. Ahmed Farouk, Director of Conference Center, and members of the Board of Directors.
During the meeting, issues related to the conduct of work within the conference center and the guest house were discussed, it was agreed to allocate a worker for the guest house, provide the guest house’s garden needs of silt and fertilizer, plant a number of trees and various plants that would give the place an aesthetic appearance, and complete the work of completing the elevator , and submitting proposals to make use of the center’s basement, which has an area of about 800 square metres, and studying a proposal to design a uniform for reception staff and halls in the guest house and conference center.
The guest house is part of a series of recent achievements and inaugurations that the university witnessed, headed by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan. The actual operation of the guest house began last December. It includes about 45 rooms equipped with the latest types of furniture, in addition to five halls whose activities vary between conferences, lectures, and scientific discussions for master’s and doctoral theses.
