The President of Beni Suef University reviews the achievements of the Human Resources Development Center

Today, Tuesday, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, reviewed the achievements of the Human Resources Development Center. This came while he chaired the center’s meeting in the presence of Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Center, Mr/Muhammad Salim, Secretary-General of the University, and members of the Board of Directors.
The university president explained that the achievements include organizing joint cooperation between the center and the Institute for Leadership Development, the “Preparing Leaders of the New Republic” program, to train students in student unions in the universities of northern and central Upper Egypt, which aims to prepare promising young leaders and qualify them for leadership, assuming responsibility, and assuming the tasks of administrative and societal work in the new republic, as well as creating youth competencies with deep national awareness and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing the nation.
The university president added that the achievements included holding (219) training courses for faculty members and their assistants, with a total number of (5896) trainees, and (6) courses were held for university leaders with a total of (294) trainees from faculty members, and university leaders were also trained for the university’s administrators. Where (260) employees of the administrative apparatus were trained. (3) qualification courses to work in the university cadre were held for teaching assistants, with a total number of (258) teaching assistants, and (3) special courses for administrators were held, and (127) employees of the university’s administrative apparatus were trained. As well as holding a course for student leaders and training 134 students.
