"Mechanisms for Preparing the State's Final Account" — Training Workshop at Beni Suef University

Beni Suef University, under the leadership of Dr. Mansour Hassan, hosted today a specialized training workshop titled "Mechanisms for Preparing the State’s Final Account for the Fiscal Year 2024/2025." The event was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, aiming to standardize procedures and concepts among representatives of various entities, and to enhance financial performance and compliance with legal regulations and deadlines related to the preparation of final accounts.
The workshop was attended by Dr. Tarek Ali, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Ms. Abeer Mohamed Abdel-Raouf, Head of the Central Directorate of Financial Administration in Beni Suef Governorate; Mr. Adel Hussein Mohamed, General Director of the Main Accounting Unit at Beni Suef University and the workshop trainer; along with several administrative staff and representatives from accounting units and administrative bodies across the governorate.
The workshop covered the latest guidelines for account closing and final account preparation, in line with Unified Public Finance Law No. 6 of 2022 and Ministry of Finance Circular No. 45 of 2025. Attendees praised the workshop’s professional standards, the quality of the content, and the active participation from various accounting units — reflecting the serious and ongoing efforts to modernize the state's financial system.
