Agriculture in Beni Suef organizes a training course entitled "Preparing the test item"

Under the patronage of Dr. Tariq Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Agriculture organized a training course entitled “Preparing the Test Item” under the supervision of Dr. Abdel Latif Hisham, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Wael Abdel Magid, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Hamid Fahmy, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the Faculty. The course was presented by Dr. Amjad Bahij, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Center at the University
Dr. Tariq Ali explained that organizing such training courses is among the most prominent activities offered by the university, as it primarily aims to enhance the capabilities of faculty members and teaching assistants. He emphasized that these courses focus on how to prepare test items effectively and professionally, providing clear guidance on the steps involved in their construction. Dr. Ali affirmed that improving the quality of tests contributes to raising the level of education, which positively impacts student performance and helps achieve the desired educational goals
The university president highlighted the importance of these courses in helping participants identify common errors that may occur when formulating test items and how to avoid them to ensure the achievement of the desired educational objectives. He emphasized that improving the quality of tests is vital for raising the level of education, as it contributes to the accurate and effective assessment of student performance
