President of Beni Suef University: All Preparations Completed for First-Semester Examinations

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced the completion of all preparations for the first-semester examinations of the 2025/2026 academic year. The preparations are being carried out under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, with due consideration given to scheduling exams around official, national, and religious holidays during this period. The examinations are scheduled to begin on December 24 and continue until January 22.

The University President confirmed that examination halls, committees, and laboratories across all faculties have been fully prepared, and that all necessary organizational and administrative measures have been taken to ensure the smooth conduct of exams in an atmosphere of discipline and transparency. He emphasized the provision of an appropriate environment that enables students to take their exams with ease, full adherence to the regulations governing the examination process, and the application of quality standards in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education.

Dr. Tarek Ali also stressed the importance of providing full administrative and technical support to students, facilitating procedures in their best interest, and ensuring the advance announcement of examination schedules, dates, and venues with complete clarity.

For his part, Dr. Hamada Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, affirmed that coordination has been carried out with faculty deans and department heads to ensure the regularity of examination procedures and continuous monitoring of their progress across all faculties. He emphasized strict adherence to examination rules and regulations, as well as full readiness to promptly address any remarks or challenges that may arise, in order to maintain full discipline and provide a safe and appropriate environment that safeguards students’ interests and well-being.
