President of the Beni Suef University prevents the conclusion of any protocol through any university faculties or institution but via controls the University Board.

D / Amin Lotfy; President of the Beni Suef University, Transmitted Dr. (A.m); teacher at the Faculty of Computing and Information and a former director of the Center for technological and information Studies, to a disciplinary board for his signing a protocol of cooperation with "Modern Academy of developed Sciences " representing educational activities without obtaining the necessary licenses from the the Ministry of Higher Education.

Investigations revealed the existence of a protocol concluded cooperation between the Technological Studies Center and informatics "of a private nature unity" at the Faculty of Computing and Information at the University of Beni Suef, that was signed by Dr (A.m) and approved by Dean of the College and the Modern Academy of Sciences developed whereby holding training courses in the fields of technology information, communications, human development, the media, political science and other programs, that the sessions should be held in equipped halls with the first / second party and so without notifying the president of the university with that protocol, therefore lack of knowledge of the University board and the competent authorities of such an agreement.
