President of Beni Suef University: We aim to achieve self-sufficiency in the field of animal production within the university, during the opening of a training course at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, inaugurated the training course at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, entitled "Ultrasound Diagnosis", which includes veterinarians working in agricultural technical education, veterinary mentors and teachers in animal and poultry health departments in Egypt. 
This comes within the framework of the University's interest and policy in training and continuing education, which is pursued by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine to raise the level of performance and employees' skills in the field of animal and poultry.
The university president stressed the importance of activating cooperation between the university and education especially in the field of technical education and supporting and encouraging holding training courses for its employees and benefiting from the university's expertise in this field.
The President of the University said that the College of Environmental and Health Science will soon be inaugurated, which will be an entrance with the Faculty of Agriculture to benefit the graduates of agricultural technical education schools to complete their university education.
The President of the University commended this course with the need to hold such training courses in various sectors that serve the community and the environment surrounding the university.
Prof. Magdy El-Qadi, Dean of the College, assured the importance of training the veterinarian in technical education in order to transfer the experiences to students to contribute in the renaissance of society and the surrounding environment and to achieve self-sufficiency in poultry products, eggs and milk to meet the needs of the community and that the College aims, during the next phase, to be one of the best five colleges in Egypt.
