President of Beni Suef University: Start of program to improve the administrative performance of university

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, announced the beginning of the program of improving the administrative performance of the university as part of the implementation of the strategic plan for the development of different sectors of university and the decision of the University Council held on 29 th November, 2017, which includes holding of a number of free courses to develop and raise the efficiency of employees in the fields of ( Strategic planning - effective communication - university administration - legal aspects - self resources development - integrity, transparency and combating corruption - development of English language skills - computer skills) in order to develop professional performance and develop the skills of employees and transition to electronic university, noting that there is an assessment of the performance of employees over six months after their sessions to see how they benefit from them.
The President of the University inaugurated the program of development of the administrative performance of the employees by Integrity, transparency and anti-corruption course which was held at Human Resources Development Center under the supervision of Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at the university to ensure the effective utilization of the training program in the field of work and specialization.
The university president directed to set up a website for the employees to provide them with direct services and news related to them, as well as the possibility of registering courses under the supervision of the portal of the university. He also stressed the need to communicate directly with the employees and indicated his willingness to receive complaints and development proposals at any time.
 It is worth noting that Beni Suef University has received the ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate in the last quarter of 2017
