The President of Beni Suef University honors Dr. Mohamed Mady for his excellence at the 2nd International Sculpture Forum (Ekhenaten) in El-Menia
Dr. Mohamed Mansour, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts in the University of Beni Suef for his excellence in the work of sculpture and sculpture, where he made a statue of iron ore (direct formation) height of 2 meters during his participation in the second International Sculpture Forum (Akhenaten) Which was organized by the Faculty of Fine Arts at Minia University, where he was selected from a selection of Egyptian and Arab artists and sculptors and obtained a certificate of appreciation and honor.
This award came during the session of the Council of the University in its session No. (156) held on 28/4/2018 under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan and members of the Board of Deputies and deans of the faculties.
The University President stressed the university's continuous interest in honoring the carpenters and artists especially in sculpture, which is considered one of the most important arts. It is a vector art of civilizations and historical events and symbols over the years and ages with the university's continuous support to all university students.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Madi has previously formed and worked for the statues of a number of important personalities including Prof. Dr. Ahab Ismail, founder of Beni Suef University, as well as prominent personalities in the fields of arts, literature and science such as Taha Hussein, Naguib Mahfouz and Amir poets Ahmed Shawky and Umm Kalthoum, Including the Minister of Higher Education and the Secretary of the former Supreme Council of Universities and the Governor of Beni Suef.
