President of Beni Suef University: Partnership project in adult education and literacy in Beni Suef governorate

      The Council of Beni Suef University under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan at the 162nd session held on 29/8/2018 approved the partnership project in adult education and literacy in Beni Suef governorate as part of the plan of the Faculty of Social Development for Community Service and Environmental Development.

       Prof. Mansour Hassan pointed out that the strategic objective of the project is to increase the awareness of the population of the society on the problem of illiteracy and dropout of education and reduce the proportion of illiterates and dropouts. The President of the University added that a database will be created for the most affected and suffering from the problem of illiteracy and dropout, Meetings with parents, pupils, school principals and heads of associations of non-governmental organizations concerned with the problems of illiteracy and dropping out of education.
