President of Beni Suef University : BSU Portal occupies the first place at universities level ... He recommends publication of all journals electronically
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the University's portal was ranked first among the Egyptian universities by 103% according to the classification of the Supreme Council of Universities for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2018-2019. This was during a meeting of Management Unit of Higher Education Development Projects No. 62 on April 14th, in the presence of Vice Presidents, Director of Projects Management Unit and Projects Managers of the University.
The university president pointed out that the assessment of Egyptian universities portals is done in accordance with nine criteria, including Arabic, English, French and Spanish news, bulletins and scientific sections in faculties, faculty members, courses and services.
The meeting also discussed the possibility of designing portals to receive researches of all scientific journals of the faculties of Commerce, Arts, Law and Education at the university and publish them in electronic form, in addition to discussing the design and implementation of websites for divisions and new programs on the websites of the concerned colleges, and uploading them on the server of university website and training of operators.
