President of the University of Beni Suef directs new programs to conduct simulated visits to determine the readiness to apply for accreditation
Prof. Mansoor Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the readiness of the new programs at the university to obtain accreditation. This came during his chairmanship of the tenth meeting of the Supreme Committee of the new sections and the programs, in the presence of the vice presidents, the coordinator of the committee and members of the board of directors.
The President of the University stressed the need to activate the technical support and follow-up unit and the formation of a committee composed of faculty members accredited by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of the Ministry of Higher Education and quality work experts who have certified certificates, and assigning a quality officer to the programs in each faculty and to submit a completion report for each semester.
Prof. Mansour Hassan stressed the need to spread and strengthen the culture and concepts of quality within the distinctive programs and colleges through seminars and workshops, and provide advisory services and training of faculty members on the work of quality, including strategic planning, and description of programs and courses, and the preparation of self-study and teaching and learning, Activation of the e-learning system, and the conduct of simulated visits before accreditation to determine the readiness to apply for accreditation.
