Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, issued a decree No. 1029 in 31 July for renewing the work of Dr. Tarek Ali Mohamed as the dean of the Institute of Laser Research and Applications at the University for one year
Dr. Tareq graduated from the Faculty of Science, Cairo University in 1990 in a physics department and obtained a doctorate in laser physics from the University of Stockholm, Sweden. He was appointed assistant professor in physics department at Cairo University And assistant professor at Beni Suef University in 2009 and then a professor in the department of laser physics at Beni Suef University in 2015. He has many scientific contributions in laser applications and researches which influenced scientific research in his field of specialization.
